In Acción Acuícola we have a work methodology in our Processing Plants, that assure us the innocuity of our products, some examples are: HACCP, Food Defense, BPM and PRE-REQUISITOS, based on the legal compliance of COFEPRIS, FDA, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, BAP & BRC standards.
In the same way, we carry the integrated process of analysis by laboratories of Third Part Laboratories certified by the ISO 17025, analyze our raw material, ice, water, process environment, live superficies, finished product and takes medical samples of the personnel who handles product. All of these processes guarantee us the integrity and innocuity of our products at all times.
We apply Good Harvest Practices in all our Farms under the standards of SENASICA, BAP and ASC.
