In Acción Acuícola we are compromised in the legal fulfillment of local, national and international regulations, in reference to the next aspects:

Social responsibility

We have implemented a Conduct and Ethics Code in every business unit, based on local, national and international regulation; a mutual benefit for both our coworkers and our enterprise.

We have declared social politics in benefit of our coworkers and communities: employment and fair salaries, no tolerance for discrimination, no tolerance of any kind of abuse, liberty of associations, equality of opportunities,no tolerance for child labor, support to our local communities, maternity in pregnant women, sustainability, protection of the environment

We have developed projects of Social Impact Evaluation with our nearest communities.

We lead and promote reunions with our nearest communities referring to: Social wellness, Environmental protection, Conflict resolution, Career Fairs, And other subjects that could benefit our communities.

All of our farms have a Biodiversity and Environmental Impact Studies program, regulated by external organisms.

We implement actions for the epidemiological monitoring of our shrimp.

Our farms count with control nets to avoid animal escape.

We evaluate the quality of the water we discharge in every operation.

We handle a program of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in adherence to the regulations in all our operations.

We apply good practices of Aquaculture in all of our farms, under the restrictions of SENASICA, BAP and ASC.
